The City Clerk’s Office will be closed on Wednesday, December 24th, and Thursday, December 25th for the Christmas holiday.
Regular office hours will resume on Friday, December 26th.

The City of Spring Valley, founded in 1884, lies in the valley of Spring Creek. Native Americans referred to this territory as “the Valley of the Springs.” We have a rich history of coal mining, and our growth was so rapid that it was once known as “The Magic City.”
